Deal Harbor vs REsimpli
REsimpli and Deal Harbor are both CRMs used by real estate investors, with different centers of gravity. Every REsimpli fact here comes from REsimpli's own site.
REsimpli at a glance
According to REsimpli's own pages, as of October 6, 2026:
- REsimpli describes itself as an AI-powered CRM for real estate investors (resimpli.com).
- Its site lists list stacking, skip tracing, driving for dollars, a dialer, direct mail, seller and buyer websites, built-in e-signature, custom pipelines, automations, accounting and a KPI dashboard (resimpli.com).
- It lists mobile apps on the App Store and Google Play (resimpli.com).
- Its pricing page lists a 14-day free trial and says there are no feature gates between tiers, with plans chosen by team size (REsimpli pricing).
Deal Harbor at a glance
- Template packs for real estate investing, wholesaling, agents, and agents who also invest, with named stages and deal fields like ARV, MAO, contract price, assignment fee and option deadline.
- A Deal Analyzer on each deal for the 70% rule offer and a flip projection.
- Import-based list stacking: name the source list when you import a CSV and each record gets a list tag, so a record on several lists carries several tags and the contacts view shows a count.
- Native e-signature with a hash-chained audit trail, signing order, reminders and signing deadlines.
- A free tier for one user with up to 1,000 contacts, unlimited contacts on paid plans, and a 30-day free trial of the Starter plan with no card.
How to think about the choice
REsimpli's site puts a lot of weight on lead generation: lists, skip tracing, dialing, mail and websites in one place. Deal Harbor puts its weight on the deal once you have it: the pipeline, the numbers, the paperwork and the signature. If you already have lead sources you like and your pain is what happens after the first call, Deal Harbor is built for that. Our post on tracking seller-financed deals to a serviced note shows one end-to-end path.

Common questions
What is REsimpli?
As of October 6, 2026, REsimpli describes itself on its own site as an AI-powered CRM for real estate investors, with lead generation tools such as list stacking, skip tracing, a dialer and direct mail.
Does Deal Harbor include skip tracing, a dialer or list stacking?
Deal Harbor does not include skip tracing or a power dialer, and it does not supply lead lists. It does support list stacking from your own imports: when you import a CSV you can name the source list, and every record the import creates or matches gets a tag called List followed by that name. A record that shows up on several lists collects several tags, the contacts view has a Lists column with the count, and the import report tells you how many rows were already on another list.
Does Deal Harbor work for agents who also invest?
Yes. The Agent + Investor template pack sets up a Clients lane and an Investments lane that share one contact database.
