Why Deal Harbor

No 3-seat minimum

Start solo at $20/mo and add a single second seat for $15 — no forced team minimum.

AI that knows the product

Deal Bot is trained on Deal Harbor, so its answers are about your workflow — not the whole internet.

White-label at $299

Resell your own branded CRM self-serve — no $497 tier and no sales call to unlock it.

Built for deal-makers

Real-estate native, and just as at home in roofing, solar, construction or SaaS.

Everything in one CRM

The deal desk, without the ten tabs

Prospecting, paperwork, comms and reporting live on the same records — so nothing falls between tools.

Deal Bot

Ask Deal Bot about your pipeline and get answers grounded in the product. Metered on every plan, or unlimited with Deal Bot Pro.

E-sign with a sealed trail

Generate the document, send it for signature, and keep a sealed audit PDF right on the record.

Inbox and calendar, in sync

Two-way Gmail and Outlook sync with open tracking, plus calendar sync and public booking pages.

Permissions to the person

Invite your team with role-based access control and per-user permission delegation.

Extend it your way

Install plugins from the App Store, or wire up your own with a plain-language API integration guide.

Everything a keystroke away

A customizable quick bar puts records, actions and navigation one shortcut away.

Numbers you can steer by

Charts, reporting, workflows, sequences and goals keep the crew moving toward the close.

Plus a companion mobile app — and the Harbor ecosystem picks up where the deal closes.

Platform tour

Every feature, the way you'll actually use it

The bento above is the map. Here's what's actually inside each piece — real capabilities, not a features slide.

Pipelines & records

Pipelines shaped like your business, not a template

Build your own stages per pipeline, or start from an industry pack that seeds them for you. View the exact same records as a kanban board, a sortable table, or a chart — whichever fits the task — and every object carries the custom properties your business actually tracks.

  • Custom stages per pipeline, for deals and tickets
  • Industry-pack templates seed pipelines and stages in one click
  • Kanban, table and chart views of the same records
  • Saved views — filters, sort and columns your team reuses
  • Custom properties on every object type

Deal Bot

An assistant that actually knows the product

Deal Bot answers from your own pipeline data — not a general model with no idea what a stage or a record is. It's metered on every plan so usage never turns into a surprise bill, and it never writes to a record without a human confirming the action first.

  • Answers grounded in your organization's own records
  • Metered on every plan — Lite, Standard or Advanced by tier
  • Action proposals you confirm before anything is written
  • Unlimited asks with Deal Bot Pro (fair use)
  • Opus-class Deep Analysis and record auto-summaries with Deal Bot Pro

E-sign & documents

Send it, sign it, keep the receipt

Send a document out for signature straight from a record and watch its status update live — sent, viewed, signed or declined. Once it's signed, a sealed, tamper-evident audit PDF lands right on that record, so there's no separate e-sign tool to reconcile against.

  • Send documents for e-signature from any record
  • Reusable signing templates
  • Live status: sent, viewed, signed, declined
  • Sealed, verifiable audit-trail PDF stored on the record

Email & calendar

Your inbox and calendar, without leaving the record

Connect Gmail or Outlook for two-way sync and every message logs to the record automatically — open tracking tells you when a prospect actually reads what you sent. Two-way calendar sync keeps meetings in step, and a public booking page lets anyone grab time without the back-and-forth.

  • Two-way sync with Gmail and Outlook
  • Open tracking on sent email
  • Two-way calendar sync (Google and Microsoft)
  • Public booking pages — meetings land straight on your calendar

Teams & permissions

Access that matches how your org actually works

Five built-in roles — Owner, Admin, Manager, Member, Viewer — cover most teams out of the box, and workspaces group people around a book of business. When a role doesn't quite fit one person, an Owner can grant or deny that individual's capabilities directly, no new tier required.

  • Five built-in roles, from Viewer to Owner
  • Workspaces to group members and territories
  • Per-user capability overrides layered on top of any role
  • Solo seat is $20/mo, one extra seat for $15 — no 3-seat minimum

Automation

Put the busywork on rails

Workflows trigger on stage changes, form submits or field edits, then branch, wait or enroll a record — no rep has to remember the next step. Sequences handle multi-step outreach, goals track progress against a target, and public forms or the ticket queue capture new work automatically.

  • Trigger-based workflows with branching and delays
  • Multi-step email sequences with tracked opens
  • Goals with progress tracked against a metric
  • Public forms that create or update records on submit
  • A ticket queue for support and service work

Files & integrations

Bring your existing tools with you

Upload a file straight to a record, or save a link to where the real copy already lives — Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box, Notion and Figma links are recognized and badged automatically. Install a plugin from the App Store, wire up a webhook, or follow the plain-language guide to build your own integration.

  • File uploads on every record
  • Saved links to Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box, Notion and Figma
  • App Store plugins — install in a few clicks
  • Outbound webhooks and a plain-language API guide

The Harbor ecosystem

The deal doesn't end at closed-won

Mark a deal closed and Deal Harbor compiles its full history — notes, calls, key dates — into a document, then syncs it into NoteHarbor as a new serviced note or a rental, so nobody re-types what already happened here. Push a contact across products the same way, and run two or three Harbor products together for a bundle discount.

  • Closed deal syncs into NoteHarbor as a note or a rental
  • Deal history compiled into a notes document automatically
  • One-click contact push into NoteHarbor
  • Harbor Bundles discount the subscription — servicing & usage fees stay full price

The Harbor ecosystem

One harbor for the whole lifecycle

Deal Harbor finds and closes the deal. Its siblings take it from there — and a closed deal syncs straight into NoteHarbor for servicing.

White-label & reseller

Sell your own branded CRM

On the $299 Enterprise tier, put your name, logo and domain on Deal Harbor — then resell it to your own customers and keep the margin. Self-serve, and about $198/mo under the white-label tier you'd pay for elsewhere.

  • Your name, logo & domain on the whole app
  • Reseller program — sell branded sub-accounts, keep the margin
  • Self-serve on the $299 tier — no sales call, no $497 gate

Questions

Before you start the trial

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every plan starts with a 30-day free trial of the full product, no credit card required to start.

How do seats work?

Solo starts at $20/mo for one seat, with a single second seat for $15/mo — no forced 3-seat minimum. Starter, Pro, Business and Enterprise include more seats out of the box and let you add more as the team grows.

Can I white-label it?

Yes, on the $299/mo Enterprise tier — self-serve, no sales call. Put your name, logo and domain on the whole app, then resell it under the reseller program.

What are Harbor Bundles?

Running two or three Harbor products together earns every subscription a bundle discount. Servicing and usage fees — e-sign volume, storage overages and the like — are always billed at full price; bundles discount the subscription, not usage.

Can I bring my existing data?

Yes — import contacts and companies from a CSV, or sync them straight from a phone's contacts. Records merge on a match instead of creating duplicates.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no contract — the account Owner can cancel any time, self-serve, from the billing portal in Settings.
