This is the entity that contracts with and bills customers, and it matches the name on the product's payment processor account. It is set in code at src/lib/legal/entity.ts (LEGAL_ENTITY) — see docs/legal/ENTITY.md. Governing law / venue: Oklahoma. Founder-directed; counsel to confirm the forum and any arbitration provision when this document is drafted.
